Welcome to Cross Creek Stables
Owned and Operated by: Mark and Jody Morris
We began this dream in the fall of 2003. All the stories we could share with you would take hours. In short,
God has provided our family with a beautiful way of life and we share it with the most amazing people and animals.
We have made a promise to God that we will make this farm into a place where His glory would be magnified and
appreciated by all those who drove thru the gate. His work here continues to amaze us. Lives have been
changed here and we are building a legacy that we hope our children will continue long after we are gone. We
appreciate you taking the time to visit our web page and taking part in our vision for what we believe God has
willed for our lives and this farm.
As a family, Mark, Jody, Jake and Justin, enjoy working and living on the farm. It takes them all to run the farm
successfully. Jody quit her "corporate job" as a accounting assistant in 2000 to pursue her life dream of Cross
Creek. Jody has over 30 years of experience with horses. Mark works for Toyota and for Jody when he is not
there "ha, ha". He loves his John Deere and just spending time on projects at the farm. Jake is now 14 and is
very involved in Warren County 4-H showing livestock and competitive trail riding. Justin is 8 and is also an up
and coming 4-her. He loves trail riding on any horse and competing in local horse shows. Both the boys help
any way they can on the farm and when not on horseback are usually on their cycles.
The farm is operated as a full care boarding stable situated on 31.5 acres in the rolling hills of Waynesville,
Ohio. Just 10-15 minutes from Centerville, Bellbrook, Springboro, Spring Valley, Xenia and Lebanon. We
offer natural horsemanship based lessons, classical engish riding, jumping, camps, clinics and ministry programs.
You can ride on our trails, or visit Ceasar's Creek State Park or Sugarcreek Metro Park , both of which are
only about 10 minutes away.
The farm is always buzzing with activity. From a planned trail ride with the boarders, lessons, breakfast at the
Dutchman or a ministry outreach camp. Sometimes we have to stop and take it all in to realize all that God has
done here. All breeds and skills welcome! Our farm is perfect for the beginning equine enthusiast, retired
horses and horses requiring special care due to injury or rehabilitation. Your choice of veterinarian and farrier is
welcomed with no charge to hold your horse for those appointments.
And we know that for those who love God all things work together for
good, for those who are called according to his purpose. Romans 8:28
