Welcome Members to the 2008 4-H Season
Below you will find a tentative schedule for the club.
This can change abruptly based on other events and weather!!!
Club meetings (all attend) are the 2nd monday of the month and
horse meeting is the 4th monday of the month. Unless noted otherwise
Please refer to the Club Happenings Calendar issued by Warren County for other events outside of Savvy Rider. See your President if
you do not have one.
Tentative Calendar of Events 2008 for Club Events only
July
- July 14-19 Warren County Fair Parents will be called upon through the week to meet our clubs share of the work load. Areas include:
Lemonade stand, pop sales, horse show duties vary through the week and other project areas.
-July 28- Aug 2 State Horse Show
August
- Our regular meeting is usually something fun like the Beach Water Park. TBD
- State Horse Show continues
September
Sept 5-6 State 4H trail ride at Bob Evans Farm
October
- Fall Fundraiser: Parents will be called upon to assist the kids with this. Possibly to take place in September TBD. We may be doing
cornstalk sales again or something else depending on which way the kids decide to go and what is available to us.
November
- Savvy Riders elections at regular meeting
December
- Gift exchange at regular meeting and some other fun activities.
